"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

hello, I'm willing to give it one more try. I'm only free until 5 est today and all day tomorrow

Thank you! Please try installing The Sims 4 one more time whenever you're able. Let me know how it goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot.
