"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

I'm a member of EA play. I've tried everything. It's giving me a download error. ''there's a problem with your download'' I don't know why.

I have the same issue. I have Xbox Game Pass which includes EA play. I’ve been playing Madden 23 with no issues, but I cannot download Madden 24. It gets stuck in the “preparing” phase then just comes up with a download error.

    @Knaggsy2003 I've tried all the solutions on the internet. None of them worked. There is no problem downloading F1 23.

    This is happening to me with all the games that are not in the library, I even try to put these games in the library to download but they won't go to the library. I have the ea pass because of the xbox game pass
