"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

I have every pack in The Sims 4. Everything downloaded but Realm of Magic. Whenever I try and download it, an error pops up saying "Something went wrong, try again later." I've waited, cleared cache, made sure I had enough space on my laptop for it, restarted both the download and app multiple times. Nothing is working. I don't know what to do
