Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

I've tried everything in this thread and nothing works. And as you can see in that thread, many more people experiencing the same

Still having the download error. Jedi Survivior, which is installed on my SSD, is not appearing in my library. In order to test whether the issue is related to this title, I attempted to download another EA Play title - Alpha Centuari - but that also encountered a 'problem with your download' error.
