RESOLVED Outage Apr. 30 - May 1, 2024. "There's a Problem With Your Download" or "Something Went Wrong" Error in EA app.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your reports.
Our teams have shared that the services are showing signs of recovery. This should mean that the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLCs (exact errors shown below), has been fixed.
There's a problem with your download

Could you please try logging out of the EA app and Xbox app for PC, closing it, then logging back in to see if the games are now able to be downloaded/installed without errors and appear correctly? If not, give an EA app App Recovery (👈 it's a hyperlink) a shot and try again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
