So today I was prompted to download the EA and i did so with ease. but when it came to downloading and installing the Sims 4 and DLCs , i continuosly got the error message somethign went wrong, i have repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the app, cleared the cache, deleted all versions of the game and saves and mods and still getting the same error. I just want to play the sims
so idk if this is what is the issue but regardless of what my battery life is, the game would not download if not plugged in, the moment i plugged in my laptop charger, it all downloaded just fine. but new issue is when i launch just base game, it says my graphics card isnt recognized and i have the M2 chip.
