Hey @Koroxis, can you ensure that you are running Origin as administrator and that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.
The ports to open are:
- TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
- UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

It was working fine before so I don't know what changed to make this happen.
Also, if I restart EA Desktop, then I get the "Preparing" to download, but if I restart again it goes back to "Loading".

Hey!
I have same issue when i am trying to play games... Sometimes works fine, but mostly not. I have XB GamePass too, and when i'm trying to start the game i see only this message and grey "loading" button where PLAY button should be. My connection is OK (1000/100Mbps, by ETH. cat.6).- 4 years ago
What helped me was performing a "clear cache": https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
From the EA Desktop app
- Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of EA Desktop.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
