time and date product key was redeemed

Hi support EA
I have purchased Mass Effect 3 from a retailer and when activating the code a had error message code already in use.
They need date and time when the code was activated.I cannot find any where the option to ask for this information.
Please Help!

    As you did not redeem that Product Code, we cannot provide the requested information to you. 

    I suggest you purchase your games elsewhere.

    Sorry this has been a bad experience but unfortunately this is out of our control.
