Tired of missing games and add ons

I have been a member since 2004. I am not exaggerating when I say I have spent thousands on games and add ons. Every couple of years things disappear. I spend a week or 2 and get most never everything back. I am so tired of this. I have only every used 1 email address. But the inconsistencies with EA are killing me. I go to my purchase history now.  It shows things purchased in 2025. If I go to all it's blank. Nada nothing. EA.com shows some games I have owned (but no not all) but they won't show up on the EA app. Some of my games show up on the app. Some don't . Tried to just type in the base game it wants me to buy it again. All of the help options reference nothing like this and if you get to the point to log problems you never hear anything back. This is not my technical problem it's EA's. It is not my computer problem. It is EA's. These are just games that haven't  been discontinued. Don't get me going on that. Please help resolve this issue.
