Titanfall 2 Ultimate missing from account

Ok, so I have a very unusual situation. Several years ago, a family member purchased Titanfall 2 Ultimate Edition for me when it was on sale. With the anniversary this past month, I thought I would download and play it again, only to discover it was completely missing from my account.

This was purchased as a code from an external store as a gift, which was redeemed on the Origin App. Unfortunately, the family member passed away a couple of years ago, so I do not have the code I redeemed written down, and I cannot access their email.

I can recall it was previously played on a version of the EA App but, because it won't show up in my library, I can't see the achievements. I can't even see the play history for it, because the app will not go back farther than a week!

I have only ever played the game on PC, so I cannot understand why the game is missing. I am hoping someone from Technical Support can help me resolve this.

I have previously attempted to search for the game in my Library, and even performed App Recovery - neither were successful. And no, the code does not show as an order in my purchase history.

One thing I have noticed is my particular version of Titanfall 2 does not show up in the Store; only the Standard Edition and stuff that came in the Ultimate Edition, as separate purchases. When all editions of the game were made available on Steam, it is possible Ultimate was delisted from the EA App Store, which deactivated my copy.

However, I am trying to see if I can find the receipt for the purchase, and will contact EA Help.

    Hi Hyncharas ,

Sorry to hear about your family member.

If Titanfall 2 was redeemed through Origin, it should still be available in the EA app as long as you're using the same EA Account.

Could you try searching your library for just "Titanfall 2" rather than the Ultimate Edition? It's also worth clearing the EA app cache through Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache, in case the library isn't displaying everything correctly.

If it's still missing, I'd recommend contacting EA Help at https://help.ea.com/ so they can look into the account and check whether the game entitlement is still there.

Since the code came from a third-party retailer, it might not appear in your EA purchase history. Support may also need some proof of ownership, so I can't promise they'll be able to restore it without that information.

One thing I'd like to check: when you search for Titanfall 2 in the EA app Store, does it show that you own the game, or does it ask you to buy it again?
