Trouble linking my EA account

Hi EA team,I’m having trouble linking my EA account to my own Steam account.A few days ago, my EA account was accidentally linked to the wrong Steam profile (my boyfriend’s - his username ALBlANT). We’ve already unlinked everything, and now his Steam is connected to his own EA account.But when I try to connect my EA account to my own Steam account, I still get the error that it’s linked to a different Steam profile — even though nothing is shown in my Connected Accounts :(It seems like something is stuck on the backend, and the system still "remembers" the old link.Please, could someone help reset this connection so I can link my EA to my Steam and play my Battlefield 2042?Thank you very much for your help in advance!Best regards, &nbsp;[Xx_Luxxottica_xX]

If you can't get them over chat, try using the option for email.&nbsp;

There should be an option for opening a case by email when creating it. You will receive an email update from the advisor. You won't be directly emailing them.
