I have the same problem. I actually paid five times, and I have neither kit in my game. What do I do to rectify this situation? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I repaired the EA APP and found both kits available for download in my library. Now what do I do for refunds and/or exchanges?

Try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you're still not able to access your kits then.
If you've got duplicate charges on your account, you can contact the live support team so they can review your billing details and process a refund. To contact live support, you an submit a request here.

I bought both the Sleek Bathroom and the Sweet Allure kit.
Both purchases I had to log out of EA and log back in to access my purchases.
