Unable to buy Add-Ons Sims 4

Hi,

I can't seem to buy any Expansion Packs, Kits, Stuff Packs or just pretty much anything in the Sims 4.

This started ever since Origin switched to EA. I've mentioned this issue a few weeks back when I tried to purchase the Greenhouse Haven Kit and the Basement Treasures Kit, but I stopped getting responses. Now, I must admit, they contacted me a few days ago and I just didn't respond as I didn't see it, so I responded (I think) yesterday. I understand that my e-mail might take some time to be processed, but I really want both the Kits.

Whenever I want to pay, I click the iDeal payment option, as I always did when Origin was still Sims 4's launcher, but when I'm about to pay, the screen just stays completely white.

Does anyone know how to help me with this problem and if so, please can you respond?

    @goldxndxys 

    Let's try the following steps as well:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

    If you still have issues once you've run through these steps, we'll need the live support team to investigate into this a bit further, as we don't have access to review your account details here on the forums. Live support can look into your account and see what's causing this transaction to get stuck, you can contact the team by submitting a help request on the site here

    (Sorry I didn't know whether I'm supposed to tag you or not)

    I also just tried removing EA from my laptop and redownloaded it, but it still won't work..

    I have the same issue again rn i wanted to buy a bundle but it keeps staying green screens and the bundle i want isn't on ea.com so how can i fix this

    @justananogirl 

    Are you getting a specific error message or error code when you try to submit your payment? If you check the Order History on your account, are you seeing any failed or pending transactions there?
