Unable to connect to the internet
I can't play because the game isn't connecting to the internet. What can I do?

Are you seeing any particular error messages? And is the connection error appearing on the EA App or in-game?
In the meantime, if you haven't already, please go through our connection troubleshooting steps, especially the step on changing your DNS, to see if there's any improvement. It might also be worth testing on a mobile hotspot.
