How to change store region

I currently relocated to Armenia. But I still see prices in rubles. Even I not loged in. And when I try to buy game I still see only russian playment methods.
How can I change store region?

Also I created new acccount from Armenia. And for this new account I still see prices in rubles and I can't buy anything because it uses russian payment methods.
I tried two different networks in Armenia (mobile and work).
Yes, I have same problem. I from Ukraine anв our currency is hryvnia! Why do I have price in fuc?ing rub? 😬
