Unable to download BF 1

Unable to play Battlefield 1 since I was forced to migrate from Origin to EA app. I deleted BF 1 and tried to reinstall but EA is not letting me download it. This message has been appearing since 08/12/2022 "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong with your download, give us a few minutes and try again". 

I contacted EZ help and their suggestions did not help. The curious thing is that I am able to download BF 5!!!

    @drunkandsalty Hey pal ! You must uninstall properly Origin and then fresh install Battlefield 1 on EA App. For my part, it used to crash my game until I did what I just explained here. Let us know if this is gonna work !

    @woody357ANW Thank you for the suggestion mate, I did follow the guide on how to get rid of Origin thoroughly from the system. It still doesn't work☹️

    Well, if nothing is happening after repairing the game. Maybe for now you must play on Origin. Keep us in touch.
