There isn't any solution on the internet for this problem, can you explain how an installer won't launch? Please solve the problem I have a subscription for EA Play and I can't use it.

    Hey @ExgaliburGc the team is aware that some users are having an issue, they are working on a fix but in the meantime please try the workaround the team suggested which I shared above.
