I'm sorry to hear that, lets see what we can do about this.
Could you first head over to Collection and confirm that the game is in your Collection?
If it is, then click on the 3 lines on the top left and go to: Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.
Then try again.
It's the only basic troubleshooting step I haven't seen listed yet, so I want to try this first.
