@EA_Jason Still unable to add this specific game to collection, or begin downloading it. Every other game I can add to collection, or begin downloading, when it was in my collection already. Including the games available for 10 hour trials, other Mass Effect games. Basically everything works, but not ME Legendary Edition. I had a similar problem with It takes Two a few months back, but that one I could resolve with either doing the app recovery thing, or installing EA desktop again. But this time, none of the things work, and I'm still unable to download ME: Legendary Edition. Just this one.

- 4 years ago@Laciuu I just changed my region in Settings > Application > Region to United Kingdom (I'm from Poland as well) and now it worked and started downloading.
@EA_Jason Could this be escalated, that this game is somehow region locked while it shouldn't be?- EA_Jason4 years ago

I had a feeling that was the case @Koala0nFire, that's why I asked for the region.
If anyone here encounters the same issue, then please share your location first before trying @Koala0nFire's solution. It gives me an idea in which regions ME:LE isn't available via EA Play or the EA app.
