unable to download sims 4 stuff pack

I can not download the sims 4 laundry day stuff pack. Any other expansion pack I've bought and downloaded since it will play. It says there was a download error and to retry. It stays stuck in installing mode. I've even reinstalled all sims and it still won't download. I've cleared the cache and repaired. Nothing is working. EA chat is unable to help. Please advise me how I can get this to work.
