Unable to download Wild Hunt - Heart of Stone and Wild Hunt Blood and Wine

I am not able to download Wild Hunt - Heart of Stone and Wild Hunt Blood and Wine DLC for witcher 3 game.

I own these DLC's and it shows as available to download, but when I click the download button, nothing happens.
