    @EA_Blueberry The first quoted one in the reply is unnecessary but I can confirm that turning UAC all the way up (restart required to re-enable it), signing out of both Xbox and EA Desktop then clicking Install in the Xbox app which made EA Desktop open and start attempting to install.

    I have since disabled UAC again and signed out and back into EA Desktop which is telling me I have EA Play. The accounts appear to be linked as expected.

I have a slightly different thing happening, but same core issue. Can't install EA games. I'm just going to copy/paste another post I made.

I've been trying to download several EA Play games via game pass and for some reason nothing is working.

As an example, I will search for Crysis 2 on the Xbox app. I click Crysis 2, click install, it automatically opens up the EA Desktop app and goes to the game page, but nothing else. It doesn't give me the download pop-up that it's supposed to(I looked up a couple videos to see what's supposed to happen) and nowhere on this page does it have a download button.

This is all that comes up when I click install in the xbox app.

I have game pass ultimate. I'm signed in on both the xbox and EA apps and my accounts are linked. As you can see in the screenshot, it shows that I have access to EA Play.

I have checked that I'm on the latest version of Windows, latest version of the Xbox app, restarted my PC, and I've even reinstalled the EA Play app. Not really sure what's going on.

Same here, the download button seems to be gone on all games.
