Do you still need help? Have you tried uninstalling both, then install the Xbox App and installing EA Desktop through that?

Plant vs zombies runs beautifully but FIFA 21 doesn't. I've tried everything. It's not working.It still says 'Double check your connection or try again later.'
i'm having the same problem, the only game that appears 'Double check your connection or try again later' is FIFA 21, do you already got any solution?
Really? Are EA just going to ignore us like that? EA and MS hand-in-hand scam people into buying their "product" that does not even work and then refuse to answer the complaints, like when a drug dealer doesnt pick up the phone after selling you flour.
Yes i've tried clearing the cache (even tho i just installed the damn thing), tried reinstalling them (which completely goes against my better judgement), i have tried installing ea desktop through xbox app, whatever "workarounds" you come up with.
Right now i find it hard to decide if EA is this arrogant or just straight up cynical.
- @mf_buckeye they seem to be the only company on earth that has attempted to try to continue to run two different platforms simultaneously. Having both EA desktop and Origin seems to be a recipe for disaster. I understand EA desktop is in BETA but its been ages they have been doing this and the issues I'm having are constant.
