Unable to launch any game on EA Desktop

The game I would download and play (Mass Effect 1) would crash due to memory leak caused by I believe missing files. Last but not least the suckiest part if the game still wont launch or work correctly uninstall the game and reinstall it.I hope this helps someone since I tracked post's like this to fix mine, and if it makes a difference I have windows game mode turned on since I guessed the application would expect it.
