There is no way to launch the game. Every time I try to lanuch the game, it opens the steam, and open the login window of EA app while the EA app is running, and then crash in splash screen, only left the EA app windows. I try second time by launching the game, it gives me the same thing. Splash screen, then nothing happened. I tried to run as administrator, same thing happened on EA app. However, when I run as administrator on Origin App, it works. But you guys don't allow us to use it anymore. HI @RedN3ckSlayer When you have a moment, can we try the following? Then check if you can link your EA and Steam accounts. EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) Verify the game in your Steam library Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

i have the same problem when I launch bf5 (which i bought on Steam) from steam or ea app nothing happens.NFS Hot Pursuit (bought on steam) works.

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Verify the game in your Steam library

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

i have the same problem when I launch bf5 (which i bought on Steam) from steam or ea app nothing happens.

@EngPacito But they force you to use EA App right now. Once you open Origin, it forces you to install EA App and will automatically uninstall Origin. How do you use it?

Hi @RedN3ckSlayer When you have a moment can we try the following?

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

Run Steam and EA App as admin, then attempt to launch BFV

this is what i did and it worked after trying everything else i opened this file with text editor and set directx 12 to 1 it was at 0 for directx 11.......
Some users facing the problem with Battlefield 5 crashing when shooting said switching to DirectX 11 from DirectX 12 helped them smoothly run the game. If you don’t, believe me, you can try it yourself by following these steps:
Use Windows + E hotkeys to open File Explorer.
Click Documents from the left pane.
Select Battlefield V and double-click on it to open the Setting folder.
Right-click the PROSAVE_profile and select Open With > Notepad.
Press Ctrl + F to open the Search box and enter Dx12Enabled.
Navigate to Dx12Enabled and change its value from 1 to 0.
i foung it set to 11 i set to 12 all done game runs.
Hope this helps some one else.
i hope EA is on this alot of gamers are very unhappy.
