Unable to launch FIFA 23 + "Temporarily Lost Connection" error

Summarize your bug I can't launch any FIFA game bought through Steam. The EA app constantly displays "Temporarily Lost Connection" error.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch any FIFA I guess, I am not sure how specific this case might be.
What happens when the bug occurs? FIFAs do not launch.
What do you expect to see? To launch FIFA and be able to play it.
Basically since 14.03 I am unable to play any FIFA game. The EA app seems to work properly until I try to start a game.
It should be mentioned that before March 14th I had no such issues. The problem appeared out of nowhere.
In FIFA 23 example, once you launch the game through Steam a blank "Link2EA" window appears. Then meanwhile FIFA is starting the mentioned EA app window displays "Temporarily Lost Connection" error ("Restart App" button does not work). FIFA then loads up to the point where settings selection is necessary, once the settings are selected the game seems to crash and EA app opens. Obviously trying to start FIFA 23 in EA app does not work either and is met with similar outcome.
It's also worth pointing out that Battlefield 4 launches normally, however the "Temporarily Lost Connection" error presents itself yet again.
To be fair I have no idea if the issue with launching FIFA and the "Temporarily Lost Connection" error are connected.
I tried countless solutions listed online and none of them resolved the issue and I have no desire to try any more of them. Some of the solutions I tried:
- System restart
- Router restart
- Disabling antivirus and firewall
- Changing Wi-Fi
- Reinstalling EA app
- So for anyone who stumbles upon this post, experiencing similar issues, this is what I had to do in order to resolve the problems.
1. "Temporarily Lost Connection" error was caused by malfunctioning redistributable C++ files. Upon further investigation I found out that I could neither reinstall nor uninstall them, they must have been corrupted or something which meant they could not be repaired, even manually.
I tried to follow this guide [https://techcult.com/how-to-reinstall-microsoft-visual-c-redistributable], but for reasons stated above that didn't work for me.
In order to fix that I unfortunately had to reinstall the whole operating system (the option to reinstall keeping my files was enough, thank God) and uninstall the redistributable files and install them again.
2. The issue with FIFA 23 crashing at setting selection screen was far easier to resolve.
I just had to delete my current settings, that's all. After that I simply had to set up them again and the game worked fine.
