Unable to Load or Purchase any Game - EA FC 25
Dear EA Support Team,
I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue with the EA App. I preordered EA FC 25 on 16.09.2024, but I am currently unable to load or purchase any games through the app, including the game I have already purchased. I am unable to play EA FC 25, and this is causing a significant inconvenience.
Here’s a summary of the troubleshooting steps I have already taken:
- Cleared the app cache using the App recovery tool.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App.
- Reset my entire PC to ensure no system-related issues.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I am still unable to access or play the game I purchased.
I have attached a screenshot of the issue for your reference. Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible? I am eager to play the game I bought and would appreciate any help you can offer.
