Unable to log on
I suddenly was unable to continuing playing and have included the error message as an attachment . I have reinstalled the game as the error message suggests but to no avail.

Hi there Deborahskids, I have found the following information that you may find helpful in getting your issue sorted out.
When I have loaded my Sims 4,I am getting an error code which I have attached to this case.
