Unable to play BFV, EA app crashing

Hello; I bought Battlefield V and installed it, but the EA Launcher also crashes when opening the game. Moreover, I had played the game for 50 hours by purchasing an EA Play subscription on Steam before. But now when I try to start the game I get the error "Your game failed to launch". After EA Play membership, I downloaded and played again with PC Game Pass. However, I still haven't been able to play the game I bought on Steam. My Steam account is already linked to my EA Account. I wonder if this has something to do with the fact that I also buy and play through Game Pass? Anyone know the solution for this? Please help me.

    Hi @ValouRR To confirm which client are you trying to play BFV through currently? 

    also, when you have a moment can we start with the following steps?

    Hello there. First of all, I downloaded and installed the game on Steam without any problems. And when I started the game, I got the error you see in the image. Even though I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA application, the problem was not resolved. The steps you mentioned don't work.

    @ValouRR Can you try running Steam and EA App as admin and check if you continue getting the error?
