Unable to play purchased game. Getting Error Message "There was a slight hiccup"

    Hey all, if seeing this issue you can generally fix it by starting to download any free EA game such as Apex Legends. Once the download has started stop it and then try your other games.

@JTGarrett I am having the same issue I have researched for 2 hours now and tried all the fixes I've come across and so far its not working. Getting bored now...

      Hello! My issue was fixed during a live support chat. They asked me to try downloading a free to play game. Just download any free game on EA dekstop app (like apex legends), then cancel download and try installing other games. It fixed my problem! Hope it helps.

      Found this on another forum and it works. Hopefully EA will fix there stuff though.
