    Hey all, if seeing this issue you can generally fix it by starting to download any free EA game such as Apex Legends. Once the download has started stop it and then try your other games.

    @Longstriderobinn @Budgie7455880, when you have enough drive space available, can you please try the following? 
    I have heard that this workaround might work for some:

    - When in the EA Desktop app, search for Apex Legends and try to download the game

    - When it's downloading/installing, cancel the process

    - Try to download the game that you initially wanted to download to see if you still get the issue

    @EA_Leeuw Indeed, this fixed the problem. I can now see that the old games in other drives can be played as well without the need downloading again. Thanks a lot.
