Unable to Purchase Battlefield 6 - Payment Failed Error

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to purchase Battlefield 6 from the EA app store. Every time I attempt to complete the transaction, I receive the following error message:

"The operation failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, use another payment method or try again later."

I've already tried:

• Restarting the EA app
• Checking that my payment information is correct
• Attempting the purchase multiple times

The error keeps occurring regardless of what I do. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a known solution or workaround?
