Unable to receive the verification email. Login failed.

My original account :[edit: email address removed]. I have tried various methods (including using a VPN) but I still cannot receive the EA verification code. The above reasons have prevented me from logging into the app to change the password. Please help check the reason. Thanks

    Hey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
    • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
