    You should be able to submit your case without logging in.

    On our main page: 

    • Select the EA App 
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in 
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help 
    • Select Continue without logging in 
    • This should give you the chat/email option

I am having the same problem. Some how I can log in here, but I cannot log into the app. It claims that it is sending me emails, but I am not receiving them. Can I have it text me instead? I fear that its automated messages are getting filtered out of my email, which I am powerless to stop.

@SkipPerkins i have the same problem and had to make a new account to reach them. i have lost all the games i have bought just because it keeps sending emails that i am not receiving.
