Unable to start Sims 4 in the EA Launcher

 

 

 

I already went to task manager to close EA Services, still not working, also I tried by repairing the game, did not work either.

    chystie7OK, the first this is the spanish forum. The second abou t your problem you need give exeptions in the antivirus and windows defender to 

    1. TS4_DX9_x64.exe
    2. TS4_Launcher_x64.exe
    3. TS4_x64.exe
