Unauthorized Account
My friend is trying to sign up for the EA desktop beta but he keeps getting unauthorized account when signing up. Any ideas why?

I got access to EA Desktop on October 15 and installed it. I started everything normally and everything worked, but today I start it and it writes that my mail is not authorized for beta. When you try to log in to EA desktop, it says "an authorized account is required to use EA desktop"
Are you trying a new installation?
Reinstalled and started, everything is fine, but after I closed it and started again, I again began to swear that an authorized account is required. First, I deleted it with a normal uninstall, and then I cleaned up the traces using RegOrganizer.
