Unauthorized Account

My friend is trying to sign up for the EA desktop beta but he keeps getting unauthorized account when signing up. Any ideas why?

Are you trying a new installation?

Reinstalled and started, everything is fine, but after I closed it and started again, I again began to swear that an authorized account is required. First, I deleted it with a normal uninstall, and then I cleaned up the traces using RegOrganizer.

    @Kovboy98 i'm getting same issue worked fine for a while then "an authorized account is required to use EA desktop" very annoying"
