Unknown Steam account linked to my EA account

In order to link a Steam account to an EA account, you need to launch an EA game in your Steam account and then log in to the EA app using your EA Account info. For this reason, it's unlikely to be someone else's account. What might be happening is that the account you linked it to originally has been compromised, which may be why you don't recognize the information that popped up in the screenshot. 

If you contact the Steam support team for help, they'll investigate the issue for you. If the Steam account is yours, they'll help you recover it and update the account information so your access and details are restored. I'd also recommend resetting your EA account security details too to help protect your EA account linked to that Steam account from compromise as well.

However, if the Steam account linked is not your account but someone else's, please contact our support team directly. Once you've passed the security stage with them, they'll look at the EA account and let you know what you can do to unlink the connection. Click on this link and scroll down to Still need help, and select Chat with us.
