Hi everyone,
Thank you for sharing your examples and details about the issue where the EA app doesn’t start and doesn’t appear in your taskbar (i.e., nothing happens when you attempt to launch the app, not even momentarily).
We’re happy to let you know that this issue has indeed been fixed! The app should automatically update itself to the version with the fix (13.363.3.5877) in the coming days if you have automatic updates enabled. If not, the app will prompt you to update the next time you open it.
Alternatively, if you’re using a Windows PC and prefer to manually update, you can run the EA Updater program to get the latest version right away (click HERE for how-to).
Note: If you're in the Kosovo or Serbia region and your EA app is working but your library appears empty, please refer to this thread here.
