"URGENT: Apex Pass Missing Since 6/16 - CS Says Issued, Game Needs Unlock"

I purchased the Apex Pass at around 8:40 PM on June 16, 2025, but I haven't received it yet as of today. I contacted customer service, and they claimed it was issued, but when I log into the game, it still shows that the pass needs to be unlocked. I've been trying to find clients almost every day these days, but they're completely ignoring me.My payment records and documents are all complete. If this issue cannot be resolved, please process a refund for me.
