Wattson's Fence Bug
Hello. Nice to meet you.
I'm Japanese so l'm not good at English. I hope my intentions are conveyed to you.
I'm using Wattson, and I think fences should normally connect normally if the fence nodes are within 19m of each other, right?
For example, place the first node outside the door of a building.
Then place the second node on the other side of the building, that is, on the outside of the building with two doors between them.
Then, although the extend button is not displayed, it will connect normally.
It's inconvenient that the extend button doesn't appear in the first place, so I'd like the extend button to be displayed for all extendable nodes. Furthermore, even though the node is displayed in white, it is often not connected properly.
Because of this, I often lose during battles. Wattson is a character who can deceive the enemy, but as a player, I am often deceived by Wattson's nodes.
This is ridiculous.
Everyone knows that if the node is displayed in red, the fence cannot be connected, but if the node is displayed in white and the fence cannot be connected, it is a bug.
I tried placing a node on the outside of a door in a building at the shooting range, then walking around to the other side of the same building and placing a node on the outside of another door, and the fence went all the way through the building, but in other modes I can't do that.
In other modes, nodes 2-12 just get placed at my feet and no fence is formed.
These bugs can be fixed by placing the first node and then continuing the same action to put up a normal fence. However, you are holding a weapon during combat, right?
There is no Wattson standing in front of the door while extending the node.
I hope that this issue will be improved so that all Wattson users can intuitively put up a fence while holding their weapon.
And other Wattson users have also said that since the last season, it has taken longer to place the 2nd to 12th nodes after placing the first node.
Is it because it takes longer to recognize the node placement?
The freeze is also longer.
During battle, you need to quickly connect four new nodes, but because it is slower than before, you often lose battles.
If you try to put up a fence in the same way as a while ago, the length of the fence will be shorter, which is fatal.
I think that Wattson's fence is effective only when you can intuitively make it longer quickly even during battle, and instantly find the nodes that can be extended and extend them stably every time.
What do you think as you read this?
Finally, I have one more request. I'd like the number of nodes I can place at once to be increased to 5 instead of 4.
I often run out of them during battles. This is also a topic of discussion among other Wattson users.
They say that managing the nodes is a hassle.
Thank you for reading this long post. Sorry for my poor English.
There are some users around me who are playing other games instead of Apex because these issues with Wattson are not resolved.
I hope the development team will address this issue as soon as possible.
