What is going on with Sims 3? Removed on and off

Hey y'all, 

I have a situation. I logged in my EA account I noticed my sims 3 is not there. On a specific day the sims 3 appeared, then today it got removed AGAIN! Have y'all got the same situation? I don't know what's going on I can't get a refund.
