What's going on with the EA APP?

Hi, I recently got a new computer and reinstalled the Sims4 on it, when I go to launch it, it goes to install the EA App but when it installs it hits an error message every time at the same spot without a beat. can someone tell me what's going on please? thanks.

I have the same problem, EC:104 no matter what I do. For some reason there is no ea app in startup
