Where are my purchases?

I've had my Sims account for several years now. Back in 2019 I purchased several game packs. How can I restore them? I'm logging in using Google now and it says this account has been around since 2023. However, it's the same email that I used to log in to Origin back in the day, just not using Google. I can't get in touch with any customer support about this issue and it is really frustrating. I would like to restore access to my old data and packs. I can provide all the emails needed.
