Why does it say my EA Play membership is expired?

Hello 

I waited 20mins to be told to make a public post with my account details - are you f**king kidding? 

I have game pass. EA won't recognise it. accounts are linked, have uninstalled and reinstalled EA app and Xbox app. have signed out and in again and relinked accounts. 

Ea app does not recognise my access to EA play via game pass ultimate. 

Please resolve now. I can not list my email on a public forum as this would be insanely stupid. please reply via DM. 

Worst customer service system EVER. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MAKING PEOPLE WAIT TO THEN DIRECT THEM TO PUT PERSONAL BILLING INFORMATION IN A PUBLIC FORUM. SHAME ON YOU EA.

    Update: the issue with the Game Pass Ultimate expired errors has been fixed. Thank you for bearing with us while we were looking into it.

    I spoke to EA support via the chat and was told they are aware of this and are working on it but yeah I totally feel your frustration, wanted to play some BFV on my day off so I'm feeling this for sure

    At least they told you!  I was told to publicly post my ea account log in on the forum to get help!

    after update battlefield 2042 on game opass ,,, instaler on pc ...death chicken.... no recognize ea app game pass...games on cloud ok . eafc 24 and ufc5

    I'm more annoyed by them asking me to post my account details. it's a public forum that can easily be scalped for emails posted on it. hackers could then send EA imitation phishing emails to steal account details like password and payment details. very poor and insecure system to access basic customer service. yet to see a response from EA either.
