Why does it say my Game Pass subscription has expired?

I got game pass ultimate for my pc and Xbox but on my pc I can’t download any ea play games anymore cause it says renew membership when I did and I can still download ea play games on my Xbox im so confused ive tried relinking my account and everything

Running into the same issues, as is at least one other person. Looks like it might be a widespread issue.

I came to the forum for the same issue. My game pass ultimate renews on the 20th of each month but my ea library has been cleared because I apparently need to renew my game pass? Glad I'm not the only one and it isn't something I have done.

Same here. Logging out of both accounts, restarting the computer, logging back in and re-linking did not solve the issue. Verified on Xbox that my subscription was active.

Same here. I can play STAR WARS Jedi - Survivor on Xbox without any problem but PC gaves me "your gamepass has expired" error. Please fix this problem ASAP.

Has happened a few times, EA play all of a sudden thinks Xbox game pass isn't renewed when I got a whole YEAR on it. RIDICULOUS.
