Why is seasons not appearing

Hi, so I have switched from origin to EA (just saying) Then, i have always been basegame since i didnt really have money for packs, but just a day ago i bought seasons. I've checked, and it is 100%...

@EA_Solaire Yes I do, do you think thats what is affecting it? I will undownload it-
