Why is the Virtual environment error not fixed after over a year?

Dear EA,

Fix your apps and games. I have a Surface Studio Laptop, running Windows 11 and your games refuse to launch saying they cant run in a virtual environment. I am not running virtual environments and nothing I try makes your games run. Fix this asap as I am not the only person experiencing this and the problem dates back to at least the beginning of 2023.
