Why won't my games load after updating the app

Two days ago I updated the EA app. Ever since, two of my games (at least) won't run. Medal of Honor: Airborne says my video card isn't supported. Medal of Honor (2010) gives a general protection faul...

Thanks.  Appreciate the moral support at the very least.  Their tech support has been useless on this.

@reservoirdog1972 They updated the app today, its still crashing, all my posts about it have been deleted
I Also tried to start a new topic but that got deleted as well.

    Thanks.  I have mine set to auto update.  Games still crash.  This level of customer service is PATHETIC.

      @reservoirdog1972 Just for your information, if you update the app thru the website, it will update to version 13.162.0-5675
      However if you go to your EA app directory and look for the eaupdate.exe and run it, a DOS window will appear and the update will run (thanks Onkelonken). This updates the app to version 13.166.0-5679
      Both versions still crash and wont let you play offline error code ec:204 license expired, so no difference.....
