Windows PC EA app not launching

EA App not starting on windows 10. Try to reinstall, but this doesn`t help, app not working, just nothing happens after clicking on app, and if i go in the task manager the only think that i see is E...

    @271293 find out how to resolve this problem. just need to enable "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" parementr on windows 10

Spent a lot of time reading through the reponses.  Nothing was helping and neither was EA's list of action steps.  I'm running Windows 11. Unexpectedly, one last step seemed to work for me.  I right clicked on EALauncher.exe and on the Compatibility tab I clicked on Run compatibility troubleshooter.  Before, it was an unpopulated black window with EA at the top, now I've successfully logged in.
